The current owner has lived in this home for more than 40 years, and over time, the space has accumulated a significant amount of clutter. To address this challenge, we carefully planned the layout to maximize storage and display areas for toy figurines. In the living room, we opted for a playful blue color to reflect the owner's personality, while keeping the rest of the color scheme neutral.

During this project, we faced the challenge of preserving the natural Marble wall that was already in place. Despite this obstacle, we persevered and found a way to incorporate it into our design. We removed the old, lengthy bathtub to create more functional space, which we repurposed as a laundry and cat litter area for the homeowner. Throughout the entire apartment, engineered stone flooring was installed, which we polished to restore its original beauty and give it a refreshed look.

When our client first approached us with a tight budget and limited space, they requested a Bali-themed apartment. Despite the challenges, we worked diligently to come up with practical ideas that wouldn't exceed the budget. One issue we faced was the lack of natural light, which prevented us from incorporating plants. Instead, we used designer tiles and wallpaper to create a natural atmosphere. To make the apartment feel more open and spacious, we developed simple solutions. For example, we divided the bathroom into two separate areas, allowing two people to use it simultaneously.

Initially, our client requested an industrial chic style for their space, but also emphasized the need for functionality. We took these requirements into consideration and made the decision to forego the traditional aesthetic. Instead, we designed a space that was not only functional, but also sustainable and visually exciting.

Our client's family was growing, and as a result, they needed to repurpose their study room for their young daughter. However, since the client primarily worked from home, they required a bright and functional space to continue their work. Additionally, with the increase in their children's toys, they needed ample storage to keep the space tidy. To address this need, we proposed a full-height shoe cabinet that would make use of the vertical space in the room. We also suggested a seamless design to minimize sharp corners and reduce potential nesting places for pests. Ultimately, we opted for a clean, white color to contrast with the existing wall color and create a sleek, modern look.

It all starts from a simple hand drawn plan. Then we start working around it and make it come to life. With a newborn baby on the way, our client Marc needed more storage space. He is also planning for a 2nd child. The mom Elly, wanted a place where she can cozy up with her kids and read them story books. We created this space by combining functionality and aesthetics for mummy Elly, and the next generation.
